CockyMonday is a daily market commentary publication. We publish opinions, analysis, and observations about Indian and US financial markets. We are not a registered investment adviser, stockbroker, or research analyst. Nothing on this website or in our emails constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.
Free Subscription
The free newsletter is available to anyone who provides a valid email address. By subscribing you agree to receive our daily emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you. Free content is provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
Premium Subscription
Premium access (Pattern Spotted and full signals) is available for ₹499/month or ₹3,999/year. By subscribing to Premium:
- You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the chosen interval.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to change Premium pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
- Premium content is for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, republish, or resell any Premium content.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Their terms of service apply to all payment transactions.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied, no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are issued. To request a refund, email hello@cockymonday.com with your registered email address and payment reference.
Intellectual Property
All content on CockyMonday — including commentary, headlines, the "Cocky" brand, the Pattern Spotted format, and the website design — is owned by CockyMonday and protected by applicable copyright law.
You may share brief excerpts (up to 2 sentences) with attribution and a link back to cockymonday.com. You may not reproduce full articles, newsletters, or Pattern Spotted signals anywhere without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or download content from this website.
- Attempt to bypass or remove the email gate or premium paywall.
- Share your Premium login credentials or unlock codes with others.
- Use our content to create competing products or services.
- Misrepresent our commentary as your own research or analysis.
Accuracy and Availability
